Xian is known for its universities, it holds more than 50 universities. In this area there are a lot of universities located which make it a good place to go shopping. The shops are rather trendy and not too expensive, however you should still bargain everywhere. Besides clothing there are also a few shops that sell good quality copied DVD's an CD's for only 6 Yuan.
